All our offerings are digital in nature and access is typically granted immediately upon purchase. As such, we follow the EU guidelines for digital goods and services.
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days unless you have:
Started accessing or streaming the content, and
Consented to the waiver of your withdrawal right
By purchasing any course, download, or digital program from Mind Body Soul Academy, you acknowledge and agree that:
“Access to the content is granted immediately, and by doing so, you lose your right to withdraw under EU consumer protection law.”
We clearly inform all customers at checkout of this policy.
While EU law allows us to deny refunds after access begins, we still want you to feel supported.
We offer a 7-day good-faith refund window on self-paced digital courses if content has not yet been accessed.
To request a refund under this condition, email us at support@mindbodysoulacademy.org within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will not be considered after access has occurred.
You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future billing.
Access remains available until the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are given for unused time.
Courses, programs, or events delivered live (e.g. group coaching, mentorship containers) are non-refundable once the start date has passed or access has been granted.
In cases of accidental duplicate purchase or billing error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review and process any valid refund within 7–10 business days.
